Tova Feinman has the soul of a writer and the training of a scientist. As a scientist, she has been involved her entire career in biomedical research, making use of her studies in chemistry, biochemistry and toxicology. As a writer, she has two essays published, “The Hat, the 55-lb Rabbit, and Dr. Rosen” (published under her pen name, Shoshana Stein) and “Manic at Sixteen”. She also has a completed manuscript titled “Finding My Voice: A 20-year Psychiatrist-Patient Odyssey”, which explores in great depth the evolution of the therapeutic bond and its power to transform a gravely wounded psyche.
